Mindy M. asked if there was interest in volunteering with a local literacy project (for either adults or children) or else an ESL program. The question of training was raised and it was suggested that Mindy contact April J., director of the WC Library, to get more info.
It was also mentioned that the WC Library already runs a very successful English as a Second Language (ESL) class. Mark C. has been involved in the past and beleives that they would welcome additional volunteers. Kathy M. is the library contact for that.
